Dumping dsdt¶
In order to support your laptop, we will often ask you your DSDT .
If you have the acpidump program installed (or if you can install it)
acpidump -o acpi
gzip acpi
If you don't have acpidump, using /proc/acpi/dsdt will be okay, just do that:
cat /proc/acpi/dsdt > dsdt
gzip dsdt
dsdt-asus-x50r-ap199p.gz - This is the dsdt file of an Asus X50R-AP199P, dmesg says " unsupported model F5R, trying default values"
